How do you ensure the safety of glass bottles during shipping?
We use industry-leading, reinforced inflatable packaging and heavy-duty cardboard boxes specifically designed for transit to ensure your whisky arrives in perfect condition.
Do I need to be of legal age to purchase from Whiskys.co.uk?
Yes, you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. We operate a strict 'Challenge 25' policy and our couriers will require a valid ID upon delivery.
What are your UK delivery timelines and costs?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. We also offer a Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 2pm, Monday through Thursday.
Can I return a bottle if I change my mind?
You can return any unopened and sealed bottle within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
