Big and meaty, smoked meats with fig compote and lots of farmyard notes.
 
Flavour:
More ashy notes come through on the palate breaking through red cherries, faint cinnamon and bloody oranges.
 
Finish:
Long and lingering interplay between, wet ash, creamy toffee notes and mincemeat pies.
