Tasting Notes:

Nose : Incredibly sweet initially, heading to a clean citric, cereal based smoked style.

Palate : Honey on burnt toast with a juicy barley back drop and the gentlest peat.

Finish : Catch the sweet peat again before the smoke and honeyÕd cereal return.
